Shawnalee brings a unique blend of military experience, strategic thinking, and a client-first mindset to her role as Client Ambassador at Invictus Strategies. As a former U.S. Air Force officer, she led safety and training programs—most notably overseeing a $70 million training portfolio. Her time in service sharpened her attention to detail, process management, and ability to support others through complex transitions.
After separating from the military, Shawnalee made the intentional decision to invest in her family, stepping away from her career to be a stay-at-home mom. During that time, she refined her skills in budgeting and problem-solving, practical experience that now enhances her client service relationships.
Shawnalee met Wesley through a mutual friend, and their shared values around service and integrity made for a natural partnership. Today, she works alongside advisors to ensure a seamless, personalized experience for clients.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and an MBA in Management. Shawnalee lives in Gretna with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and staying active through fitness.
